Well yes, the extremely weatlhy are more likely to get a special treatment, even from death. Here it's in the form of extra time, a personal 'escort' and the opportunity to say goodbye to all you loved ones before being whisked off over (what else) a bridge.
Not so for the guy who's body was snatched by Joe Black at the start of the movie, who never even realized he got hit by a car and probably ending up a bloody, unrecognizable mess.
But never mind, because then there's Susan, who seems to have no problem looking past the fact that, upon meeting Joe Black for the first time (and his body for the second time), he seems to be suffering from amnesia and behaves more like a zombie than the charming person she fell for in the diner. Pretty shallow, even for a movie.
