As someone who reads and watches everything I can find on nutrition and healing, I agreed with almost everything in this series. The one exception was the nutritionist who said our bodies have a natural built-in system to detox. That might have been true 50 years ago but in today’s world of processed foods and additives, that is no longer the case. If you carry any excess weight, have a medical condition or take medication, these are all signs you need to cleanse and detox your body on a regular basis.
