It's fun, and the inclusion of OG voice actors is great, but it gets repetitive pretty quickly. You end up doing the same missions or TFOs over and over and over again until it's monotonous.
One thing it had that broke that monotony was the Foundry, a place where players could create their own missions which could be played by other players who would then (optionally) rate the mission, leave feedback and even a tip of in-game currency. They removed this, however, which is a shame because it was one of the best features in the game in my opinion.
Other than that, this game is fun for Star Trek fans and has episodes up to S2 of Discovery with voice actors reprising roles such as Kate Mulgrew as Janeway, Alexander Siddig as Bashir, Sonequa Martin-Green as Michael Burnham and a few Easter eggs with late greats such as Leonard Nimoy as Spock and Rene Aboujonais as Odo.
If you play, try to get in to a fleet as it can make the gaming experience easier and more fun.
