Randomly stumbled upon this series after finishing the 4th season of the Jack Ryan series. Came up as a recommendation/something similar to Jack Ryan so thought sure why not. To my surprise it instantly hooks you, has you on the edge of your seat with a great storyline, acting, full of action & suspense really developing the plot and characters then from about half way through the 1st episode to the end it's non stop edge of your seat thrilling, excitement, danger, drama, love, heart break, pain & revenge on someone who is very powerful, thought to be untouchable with the help of MI6 & American Intelligence and military industrial complex and shows how the inner workings of a international multi billionaire and dollar arms trafficer/supplier runs and controls his insanely successfully run business operations. Then also shows the perspective of a ex British military veteran now night manager of a very prestigious hotel In Cairo Egypt gets pulled into an operation by an ex mi6 current international arms regulator & American counter part who have gone after this trafficker/supplier for a decade now have an asset under cover that the corrupt mi6 and American agents/officers aren't aware of & can't give up to said arms dealer or his clientele.. throughout the series it takes you all over the world, shows what needs to be done in order to take down such a powerful person and operation and how treacherous, dangerous, backstabbing, profitable ect the business is as he gets permission to do whatever is needed however it is needed to get inside said organization and pass their background checks, screening ect. It surprised me with how exciting, well shot, high budget it had behind it and is well worth the watch! Just like the series zero zero zero I stumbled upon and when it was over do not understand why or how Amazon didn't, couldn't or wouldn't continue with a 2nd season ect! Only bad thing to say about it is that there isn't a 2nd or 3rd season by now to watch!! So so good, well worth the watch !!
