I'm a biased commentator, so I'm being straight up and honest with you about it before I begin. I'm one of the uncredited workers who made the filming of this movie possible. It was filmed in multiple locations throughout the Houston, Texas area. The scene with Jennifer Leigh running along a beach was filmed at San Luis Pass on the Freeport side of the channel. Our Soundstage was an old warehouse that had originally housed a printing company that provided documents for the banking industry, not only checks but everything else that they commonly used. It has since been converted into a single story "loft" with something like 6 separate residential units or something like that. My contribution to this movie was that I traveled with the film crew as an armed Security Officer providing every kind of service needed from crowd control to directing traffic and prevention of thefts. The company that I worked for was Central Park Patrol and we were responsible for the needs of the cast and crew 24/7 from preproduction until filming wrapped. Post-production was carried out in California to the best of my knowledge.
Because I was an integral part of this film, I absolutely loved it. But realistically speaking, it was more or less just mediocre. So I'm giving it a 3/5 rating for honesty. It's still worth watching even if you only see it just the one time.
