Not as good as The Dark Knight. But still pretty good. Batman (Christian Bale) had a good character development. Ra's Al Ghul (Liam Neeson) was a good character. There was definitely a lot of plot twists, and surprises here and there, but I think it still missed that The Dark Knight intense mysterious vibe.
Still I think it would've been better if they focused a little bit more on some other characters such as Rachel rather than just Batman. Because I feel like Rachel barely had any character development in this film.
I also have some complains on the After Effects. Like the After Effects were good, but I feel like they could've changed the format, or the outline in some parts. Like the train crash, they could've easily make a slow falling effect, or even a change the format and make the outline a little bit more brighter. But still, the After Effects were really solid.
The one thing I hate about this film is the way Ra's Al Ghul died. He literally died by a train falling of a bridge. I wished there was a epic fight scene between Batman and Ra's Al Ghul.
Anyway I still give this film a four out of five. It was a nice starting to the Christopher Nolan Batman Trilogy.
