This is probably not the worst series I have ever watched but I'd say it is not good. The storyline is unclear after few episodes: Fat girl losing weight - get revenge - somehow ruined lawyer's marriage - made the lawyer came out - killed some people. I mean what's the whole point? There could have been just 2-3 themes, too much going on at the same time even in 1 episode. Ideas were good: encouraging LGBTQ community, women also has power (feminism) and classic teenage high school love stories.
It could have been better in season 1 if there was not too much "pageant" involving. I know is necessary to make the main character come in first place in "pageant" to get the storyline moving, but Patty always win because of some ridiculous reasons: winner died, someone quit... It just doesn't make sense, everything came out of blue and isn't connecting.
For season 2, Patty did kill Christian and where are his parents? Are there any parents not worried when their child is gone/dead if they haven't called once in a while? And Dixie was stolen from her "mama"? Way too beyond to get things solved in first place when they have put plenty question marks in season 1.
Patty just a girl who lost weight but still have eating disorder and want revenge to get "Miss American Lady". How can she killed so many people just with her anger? This is NOT drama anymore, it is just purely “Crime” and "Horror" theme with whatever friendship bs going on.
