I believe it is overated. There is excessive use of specific examples which can make one feel as if they have to follow a rigid path in attaining riches.
However the chapter on faith was well written.

simply a great book. It has no limits as to who it speeks to. It contains wisdom that travels from generation to generation regardless of the ever-changing business environments
