So grateful to read all these positive audience reviews for The Offer -- good to know I'm not crazy for thinking it was very good. It's not perfect but it is 10 hours of damn good entertainment with a great cast. After finishing the series, I was curious about the reviews and shocked to see how many paid industry reviewers hated this series! I couldn't believe we had watched the same show! But I came into it without "industry knowledge/expectations" and just wanted to learn something about The Godfather and be entertained, and I was NOT disappointed.
