Great depiction of the anticipation, good news, and miracle of birth, suffering of Abraham (like the Father), the carrying of the wood (as the cross), the three day journey (rose on third day), like Jesus; Isaac submitted to include substitutionary atonement as ram that appeared as sacrifice beautifully foreshadowed the birth, passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Perfect timing!
