This film is boring. It promises the viewer a story about the Joker and Harley Quinn. It delivers a story about Lady Gaga, with a hint of Joker. Lots of singing, a drab prison, and a courtroom drama. Just watch Law and Order while listening to Lady Gaga, and skip this film.
