Good casting and acting, innovative and surprising plotline. Shame there will be no season 2.

Matt Damon and Ben Affleck must stop casting themselves in movies for which they wrote the screenplay. This film held such promise but it was almost painful to watch. It would have fared better if they had cast French actors and given us subtitles. Also, whomever was the costume designer needs to re-address the awful choices made for Damon's and Affleck's hair styles. Damon's looked like an effed up mullet and Affleck looked like an accident at beauty school. Adam Driver was great, as was the beautiful Jodie Comer. There were some good parts, and a woman vindicated theme is a favored one. But sadly, that was not enough to save this tale of love, lust and loyalty.
