I'm sorry, but I just can't see how this was a good ending.... it was not....not at all. I was disappointed, the ending should have been his girl friend, protecting him, because dexter solved the cases, helped people, even helped her get closure....the show should have also had a couple scenes, where dexter had an alias diary, cause he talks to himself sometimes, the diary should show all the people he killed and why they died... why the bay harbor butcher killed them.... yes it had collateral damages, dokes and lagueta.... but it was not Dexter's fault....he asked Debra to kill him....she chose wrong. Dokes name could have also been cleared....but not by Dexter's death. It was not a good ending.... Vince masouka could have had a bigger role....secretly protecting Dexter's true identity, pretending he didn't know all this time. I just feel it should have been more creative.
