The acting is superb. I admire Ellen's character's decision to relocate to the desert. I think the character although agnostic, knows those coming her way, needing her power were sent. I have been a fan of Ellen Burstyn and Sam Shepard for many years. Their chemistry is very powerful in this movie. Ellen as gotten better over time.
