R Lop

This is a great story for the most part. As a minority raising 2 children I can appreciate being able to show my kids that you can be anything you want to be whether it's a scientist, a doctor, dancer, teacher, or even a hero. My only disdain for the show would be the writing. Also there is the introduction of a lesbian character in the form of a kind of love scene involving hugging and kissing in a bed(fully clothed). It wasn't associated with the actual storyline in any way and could have been left out or simply written in a way where it's understood. I have no quarrel with the LGBTQ, but as a father I dislike any kind of love/sex scenes thrown unnecessarily thrown into children's show. It almost seems like there are too many stories and agendas shoved into one movie.

Tyler Perry can do better! The main storyline is good but the writing could be better. People often mistake bad dialogue for bad acting. Wth is up with all the bad wigs and lacefronts??? It seems like maybe this should have been a play....
