The Israeli intelligence is said to be one of the best in the world yet the series depict them as a bunch of reckless and amateur rookies who can't carry out a single successful operation dispite having way more advanced equipment. In contrast, the Hamas seems to be more calculated, composed and always a step ahead. I'm not sure if this was done intentionally.
