Simply superb! The novel had me caught in the web of imagination and revelations from the moment I started reading it... the very first chapter about Vamana and Raja Bali's episode, with all that the author has conjured, is just amazing and sets the tone for the progress of the novel... secret brotherhood, a secret being protected, the great flood... amazing concept!

This is an impactful book that will create a better perception in the society – women are not to be subjugated or looked upon with disdain. They are equal partners in every walk of life with men and we must give them the due respect. I liked the writing style of Jonaki Mukherjee and she has excelled on different perspectives. And beyond all, the book is based on true stories and that is something simply marvellous!

Truly a compelling collection of poems that leave you surprised... can poetry be so compelling afterall? Alok Mishra is quickly emerging as a poet representing the Indian values in literature. Poems are general, philosophical and spiritual in nature.
