With a cast like this, I expected so much more. The plot was clever, the dialog good, and the acting was great. However, it seemed more like a hundred shorts thrown together than a dingle coherent story. Many movies successfully meld Comedy and Serious Messages, but not here. It careened from one to the other with no glue between.

It has been a long long time since I have watched a show on the event of the Crucifixion of Jesus, that dramatizes the personal experience of that event in a manner that puts the viewer in the role of a fascinated witness. You share the room with people effected, watching their grief, disbelief, frustration, anger, and sometimes transformation of the character. A neo-'film noir set in Ancient Judea. Neither a Big Screen Epic propaganda, nor a sordid expose of the main players imagined flaws. But rather a compelling portrayal of believable characters attempting to sort their lives out after experiencing an Unnatural event that compels a decision.
