I love how this show *feels* very much in the same "universe" as "Silence of the Lambs". I've truly enjoyed every episode so far (just finished episode 5) and I hope the show has enough viewership to continue for many years.
Rebecca Breeds inhabits the role of Clarice Starling. There are times where a look on her face, or some other mannerism, will make me think I'm still watching Jodie Foster's Clarice.
I also enjoy how the show's color palette, and even the fonts they use for all the titles, are the same as those in "Silence of the Lambs". It very much feels like a continuation of that movie. If only they could have the brilliant music of Howard Shore along for the ride. That would make a great show perfect.
In any event, if you're a fan of the character of Clarice Starling, and especially "Silence of the Lambs", I can't recommend this show highly enough. Give it a try if you haven't yet.
