I really want to love this show. It reminds of the things like ‘are you afraid of the dark’ , ‘a knights tale’, any ‘Doctor Who’ show, all of which I love. It plays fast and lose with any kind of reality. And is a bit corny. The problem for me is that I adore the Sherlock Holmes stories. I know that liberties are going to be taken with those characters. However this show has thoroughly butchered those characters almost beyond recognition. If I could remove the original Homes characters from the story or at least keep them to a little guest appearance I think I would love this show. I’m on episode 5. I’m going to finish the season just to complete the story. But it’s off my list after that.
