This story honestly didn’t take long to draw me in and always wanted to read more. The word choice the author used to describe certain situations was just amazing. Even though I wasn’t at the scene myself, the descriptive words used in his writing made it feel like I was right there experiencing it myself. Whenever there were action scenes, it was so hard to look away from the book. It just kept pulling me in like I couldn’t stop reading. But whenever there were calm scenes, it felt like you could sit and breathe for a second. Like you wouldn’t miss anything at all. It was almost like I could hear ocean waves, or air blowing peacefully in the background. It’s just the way he described it that made it perfect. I was amazed at how descriptive this writing was and how each person was unique to the story. It just wasn’t someone Craig might’ve talked to, they had importance to the plot of the story. Since Craig was writing about something that would’ve happened in the past, it’s amazing how he remembered everything that happened and everything that someone said. Not that everyone was nice, there were some mean people. Craig portrayed everyone perfectly, from the way they acted to their dialogue. I just can’t say how much I loved this book.
