This show is good! It shows how doctors personalities come through in their decision process, and how every personality builds a team. In the midst of everything they have their own personal lives. Although I believe this storyline is really about nurses since doctors are not always that accessible in hospitals. Oh, they should being Melendez back. Instead of him dying...that he went to be president of another hospital and now him and Claire have been secretly dating. Yes, soap operaish but he added something to the show.
