A country that shamelessly recorded only 31 deaths when there were thousands of deaths in such an accident. Acting like nothing happened doesn't make the problems go away. Only 31 deaths were recorded. It was painful to see the disrespect and betrayal of the memories of thousands of people. This series also shows something else, that trying to be a power fool doesn't help the thousands of people dying in pain. I felt especially sorry for the firefighters as they died painfully. It's a shame that they haven't been able to get rid of the feeling of being weak and powerless since the Tsarist period. My rating for this series is definitely 9.5
