Seth should've followed his own advice and quit before publishing this tripe. The book is a shallow prop-up of colonizer values and full of one-sided and poorly researched examples that "illustrate" how one can achieve "success" as measured by capitalists and elitist-culture. There is no real advice other than "quit when it isn't worth it and persevere when it is." TL;DR - if you're an elitist capitalist and want to reinforce your bias, go right ahead.
