Prazna Maharjan

Ltorro the famous bull (by Jane Carroll) is one of my most favorite books of all time! It has a lot of drama, twists, and much more. It is a story of a twelve-year old girl named Charlotte Ripple who has wanted a pony for a very long time. Her parents died a long time ago and she live with her grandfather, Grandpa Alf. They live in a countryside and own a farm. Charlotte asked Grandpa Alf for a pony over and over again. But, instead of getting her a horse, he got a poddy calf which Charlotte named Tommo. He is sure destined to be made into sausages and steak. But there is a HUGE twist. And neither Charlotte nor her grandfather would have imagined what happened next... Overall I loved the book. It is surprising that such a short story is 184 pages long. A unique write up indeed!
