Absolutely superb film with outstanding performances from all, including the young actors. Wonderful to hear Gemma Jones singing again. Director, Dexter Fletcher genuinely tells the story and you travel the journey due to his excellence. Bernie Taupin and Elton John's catalogue of music moves like never before. Elton's story both remarkable and cathartic. Thank you for allowing it told. Yet another legacy from a genius and wonderful man. Lastly though, do not miss the mesmeric performance by Taron Egerton in what must be career defining. Every note, movement and speech intonation astonishing. Performance doesn't come finer than the surely Oscar nominated Mr Egerton's. An instant classic. Sublime.
