As a ardent fan of the Wheel of Time series (which I've read over multiple times) I'm sad to the the TV series deviates from the books quite alot. Kudos for trying to capture this as a TV series which enables viewers to visualize the many wonders that are part of the story but the story arc itself is doing injustice to the books. Understood that it would not be possible to capture every nuance and arc as written in the books but I feel they could have done a better job at least trying to follow the storyline in the book to a certain extent.
