These books are too detailed about random stuffs and somewhere concepts are so ambiguous...but still I wanted to go along with Lyra on her adventure and in second book where she's with will i really enjoyed but the ending ws so disappointing...just because they're boy and girl do they have to fall in love...that was also fine but ( spoiler alert) Why did they separate ...i mean yeah greater good and all but then why they're just kids 😭😭...and seriously the whole dust concept was linked to love ...that's so cliche ig but still just cause they kissed the dust moves normally ...I don't know I honestly expected something grander

It's so elongated, and the try at grandeur makes my head spin. So many unwanted details. The story seems nice but what's the use if one can't finish it. Maybe its because i started the dark series from this book. I really hope Lyra doesn't disappoint atleast

After the court of wings and ruin this book just seems way too slow .... I read 3 chapters and it's so boring... I had high hopes... Maybe there will be something at the end but I'm not sure if I'll ever reach there
