I really enjoyed Mary's cooking show. All of the annoying things that she keeps doing on her new Good Things show were not done on her previous show.
I am guessing that being in front of a studio audience and having to carry an hour-long show for 5 days a week is a very new stressor for Mary, as it would be for anyone. Yes, there is a learning curve, however, she will be starting into her 4th month come January and needs to take the advice shown on this review site. She should be unbelievably successful with this show due to her skills and personality. And since she did not have all of these annoying quirks or phrasing issues on her cooking show, this is not her normal behaviour. It would be great if the producers would sit her down and give her some assistance in correcting all of the small annoyances that are now becoming a real issue for her success. I have had to stop watching for many of the reasons listed here, and I still watch her cooking show.................someone please help this young lady with her nervous interjections. repetitive phrasing, and constant nervous energy. I will continue to check every so often to see if it has improved, as I thought she was a great choice for the show..................and I still do..............however she needs some serious help in getting grounded and becoming an all-around host. Please give her that assistance............you chose her to be the face of this show, so you should also choose to help her succeed. .......she is deserving of that.
