I've been trying so hard to give this game a chance and like it but its just not possible. This is hands down the most broken game I have ever played. Here's an example of why I seriously hate this game. Today, I spent around 2-3 hours trying to find food and was having a really hard time, but I persevered and held on... by a thread. So I reach another town and didn't hear someone approach me from behind, he knocked me out and just waited for me to regain consciousness before doing it again. I left. 5 min later I rejoin the same server and I have a new character even though I didn't die. I was angry but thought hey maybe I did die. Here's the freaking kicker. Are u listening dayz admin?????? I start to do well, and lose connection. I rejoin the server and my new character, the one I'm doing well with, is knocked unconscious on the floor and has 3 cuts. I have the same items but it's like the game confused the characters and made me unconscious with 3 cuts like the old character. Also, when you lose connection for whatever reason, and you're mid combat with a zombie, instead of your character just leaving the game, you will stay in session just long enough for you to get knocked unconscious by the zombie, ruining ALL of your good clothing in the process. The game has that many bugs it's just unplayable for the most part. I mean you can run around for hours and hours on end and actually start to do well but its utterly pointless when the games coding is literally assassinating you with it's weird bugs. Also, the lag. The lag in this game is silly. There's nothing else to say about that really. Other than the game not really working most of the time, it can be enjoyable if you manage to not get killed because of a door boomerang glitch. Just lol. Fast forward to one year later. Me and my friend are both playing. He's new so I spent hours trying to meet him but he kept dying to infected and other players. Around 4 hours later, we finally meet. We were on a server at this point with 10 other players. We decide to visit the police station in CBETNORPCK to get some guns and as we enter the road we both just freeze. But do the zombies freeze? Do they buggery. We are running away but the infected are attacking thin air where we were stood, dealing damage from 150 feet away. So when i say we froze it was like our characters froze to the spot but we could still run around. So we were not actually running around if that makes sense. All actions ceased to function. Doors wouldnt open, couldnt equip items etc.I'm absolutely done with this. Stay away from DayZ on console. It's one kick in the teeth after another and it needs to be removed from console. Period. I would give 0 stars but the concept is fantastic it's just that it doesn't work on console. I'm fuming

The worst thing about this game... is the loading times and the problems with losing connection and or failing to join lobbies. Its painful. And i mean PAINFUL. Spent an hour helping someone do prison break only to lose connection right at the end and lost my cut. This is a frequent occurrence. I have lost all patience with Rockstar. I hate them with a passion I didn't know existed. I hate them so much I would do ANYTHING to see them go under. They're greedy beyond words and they couldn't give a hoot about you or any of us all they care about is money money money and they have lost all my respect. I play allot of games and GTA 5 Online is the only game that I experience issues to this extent. It is beyond a joke. 80% of your time will be spent in the clouds waiting to join the session and 60% of the time you will float around for 5 minutes or so just to be hit with a "lost connection to session due to an unknown network error. Rockstar I hate you and I wish you the worst for your futures. You can all go to hell.
