It is beautiful to watch and I'm sure is techniclly very good but not half as funny or scary as the original that I watched dozens of times with my kids. Sebastian isn't half as good without a proper face and they cut my favourite scene where the chef tries to cook him! CGI is all well and good but give me a good old cartoon any day those characters actually seem more alive and have more expression than live action, especially the animals. I am off to watch the proper version ...
