As I watch Lessons in Chemistry, I found myself wondering, "Am I the only person perplexed by this film adaptation?" Clearly, I'm not alone. Book readers/listeners will be disappointed in this attempt to translate an incredible book to the screen. There are so many changes that simply aren't warranted to make the new medium work. The book has so many endearing moments, characters, and details and they're completely ignored and unnecessarily reinvented. I wiah we could get a do-over on this series
