Don't waste your time. All the people leaving 5 star reviews saying it's intelligent and philosophical have clearly never watched anything better. Black Mirror it's not and Orwell and Huxley would shudder to be compared to it. Watch Black Butterflies and Black Spot on Netflix, both in French and both which have that Twin Peaks quirkiness with a strange story and characters you genuinely want to know more about. They are far, far above this. And if you can find it, watch Joss Whedon's Doll House about a future where brains are separated from the body, which is far more exciting and goes in so many more directions than Severance.
