even 10-15 years ago this album was more or less despised. 3-4 stars of 5. somehow people found it and didnt care about the professional pundits. i do not like classic rock. i love paranoia and more or less anything before the 70s rock and after. i knew this band from their shouthern death cult years. i liked the genre, not them. i DID like their metamorphosis, and i did like rain, and especially she sells sanctuary - but really the whole album. back then, 30+ years ago. but what i still listen to in my early 50s is this record. for me, who doesnt really like or listen to classic rock THIS IS the classic rock album. yeah, stupid lyrics. who cares. great album from the first song to the last. im so happy that it has kinda of a revival. it and the deserve the recognition.
