SPOILERS ahead…the plot was terribly slow and repetitive. Character development was weak. I skipped so much of the dialogue as it was all the same back and forth with no plot projection. How did the villain stalker even get this situation to happen? Once I saw the leg brace and the “good guy” vs “bad guy” I knew where it was going. I was really hoping for a better twist and having it be Harper. But instead it was disappointingly predictable. I still don’t see where the yellow hat guy fit in, though I know he was there at the end. For me the whole initial plot of “out smarting” the record breaking storm was just idiotic. Maybe I didn’t buy in from the get go. Do not recommend.
