The show has some promise with potential in storylines. I miss the no nonense of the previous iterations of Trek. This is very touchy feely. Why is the captain always giving a crew peptalk every wpisode it seems. Too emotive. And the "lets fly" as compared to "engage" just sounds contrived. It lacks pace.
