This is what all contemporary American media should strive to be. One of my favorite shows of all time. I eagerly await this team's next project.

This game is terrible. I've played almost every generation of this franchise, including a lot of the spin-offs, and Scarlet and Violet are the worst. You are quite literally bullied by other main characters for the entire game. What's worse is the game give you the option to say "no" to some of these interactions. It will ignore you if you choose this option. The illusion of choice in these scenarios feels awful. There are also a lot of clipping glitches, which range from funny to infuriating. Nothing like a shiny/rare pokemon becoming uncatchable because of a glitch. Team Star is just annoying. The only reason I give this game 2 stars is because there are a few characters that are very well written. The new pokemon are also very nice and the apex fights are pretty good. They've also made some improvements to the traversal system from Arceus. I wanted so badly to like this game. I grew up with this series. But I just can't and may never finish it.
