This programme has lost it's intended format which WAS to provide unbiased political discussion with a panel of experienced and unbiased political journalists and commentators.
NOW
The panel usually consists biased mouthpieces who tout the vested/invested agendas of the media ownership
PRESENTER
David Speers's interview style is intentionally used to deflect away from accurate and reasonable critical argument

Talking over/interrupting continually and
constantly trying to get a Gotcha moment from who ever he is interviewing
The Interviewee is therefore unable to give the Viewer (remember us?) a clear idea of their intended argument....frustrating for ALL concerned!
I am under no illusion that the ABC is doing this purposefully....
