It was so easy for me to feel sorry for Lola; her yearning for the past and her craving for attention. Her next-door neighbor seemed very rude until her last appearance when she helps Lola. The dancing scene was very light hearted; I was surprised that Doc let his hair down in that scene.

I felt like a little kid watching this movie about a week ago. Enjoyed watching the circus parade as well as the individual acts, especially the clowns. The behind-the-scenes shots of the circus going up, accompanied by the Cecil B Demille narration, was interesting. The story itself was just OK.

The ending was very surprising, and warmed my heart (Spoiler alert) Only criticism was unrealistic timing regarding incident with inlaws. Why that timing, could've been done differently. Loved the movie!
