Underrated for sure. All the bad reviews about the movie are actually the same whining "this movie is not different enough, not unique enough" and then the comparison with flatliners 1990. If it is predictable just because you already watched another one with the similar plot then please, shut up and let others who haven't watched either of those enjoy the experience.
