When I first heard about this movie, I was super skeptical. I didn’t think Reeves, Pattinson, and the others would be able to create something that lives up to the comic’s reputation. But this was probably the greatest Batman movie I’ve ever seen. I love how we got to see a much younger Batman, who’s rough around the edges and still learning and growing. The movie showcased Batman’s detective side, which we don’t really get to see much of in the other versions of Batman. Catwoman, Alfred, Gordon, and Falcone all gave incredible performances. And don’t even get me STARTED on the Riddler and Penguin. Even the city of Gotham was a masterpiece. It really lived up to the reputation of Gotham that you hear about in the comics- a city that needs hope, but deserves someone as dark and gritty as the Bat. If I could give this movie a 20/10 I would
