It's a good show. There are participants that take their positions very seriously, and then you have some that are, in my opinion, completely worthless and should've never been given any camera time. For instance, Robert in season one, was a total waste of space. He was a liar that acted like jail was just a big joke, or as he put it, "it was paradise." That was very apparent right from the start, and even more so, during the "Where are they now?" episode. It's hard to believe Robert could be a teacher when he acted like such a dumb@$$ on this show. His behavior was disgusting. I would NOT allow him anywhere near my child. To the participants that did give good input, thank you. I do realize that even with the best information, and all the attempts to make changes for the better, there are still going to be crooked correctional officers, people sneaking in contraband and violent acts within the jail/prison systems.
