Napakaganda ng pagkakasulat at pagkakalatag ng kwento ng pelikulang, Lolo and the Kid. When the movie was at its peak di ko muna sya pinanood and everyone was raving about this movie. And now I know why it was. Ang husay ng Joel Torre, isa sa pinakamagaling na character actor ng Pilipinas. At for a young age, I would commend the acting capability of Euwenn Mikael Aleta, nasabayan nya ang husay ng isang senior actor like Joel Torre. Maganda ang future ng batang ito ang galing na niyang magkwento through his acting skills. Sobrang galing ng mga eksena, sobrang nakakadurog ng puso. The supporting cast sobrang galing din tapos the choice of music sobrang tumpak sa emosyon ng mga eksena. Madadala at madadala ka talaga. It is so relatable lalo na sa batang lumaki sa kanilang mga lolo. Napakapinoy, sobrang heartwarming. And lastly galing ni JK! that was a very moving performance. I enjoyed Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol's first ep so I knew it will be a good series. I love the storytelling, the piano playing, the animation, the characters are quirky and romantic. Its definitely entertaining. Go Ara is a stunner, her portryal of her character, Go Rara was amazing. I love her vibe, innocence and her fighting spirit. Her chemistry with Lee Jae Wook works well. I am glad to see familiar faces like Kim Joo Hun who seems so in demand this year seeing him in a lot of series (Dr. Romantic 2, Its Okay Not To Be Okay, Start Up). I love his charisma as Dr. Cha Eun Seok. And Seo Yi Sook who I recently seen in Start Up, I like the way she uses her powerful eyes when she's acting it shows so much emotions. And of course Um Hyo Sup who invaded 2020 with his appearances (Tale Of The Nine Tailed, Start Up) he proves his versatility as an actor. From being a bad guy and ambitious businessman to a loving and proud father. Ye Ji Won and her parlor squad surely gave a bunch of hilarious scenes. Plus Lee Son Jae, you're a certified Kdrama Fan if you know him, who doesn't right? His an acting legend in Korean Drama. But aside from the interesting casts, an adorable Pomeranian dog steals the limelight, Mimi! Go Rara's dog. I love her cute outfits. She totally stole the heart of the viewers. She certainly can act on camera. I always look forward with her interaction with the main lead. The story is engaging and you just can't stop watching each episode. It keeps you clicking next. The journey of the characters keeps your attention. Moreover prepare for a lot of twist and turns along the way. I love how music plays a vital role in the story and emotions of the characters. The way the music comes into the scene, one can properly differentiate the level of drama or genre or atmosphere or mood expected of that scene. Want to say more but I can't spoil everything right? Seoyeon and Young-sook is connected by a phone in the same house but 20 years apart. Young-sook, a serial killer tries to manipulate her own fate in the expense of hunting Seoyeon's past life. I was thrilled how time travels worked well in this film. It excites me how everything changes through a telephone call. Park Shin Hye and Jeon Jong Song did an amazing performance in this movie. It felt real, all their emotions was realistic. Their eyes speaks too many emotions in one scene. The acting was so effective that it gives the audience that petrifying and uncertainty feels. It keeps you uneasy as you are on the look of what's gonna happen next. The production design was commendable as it creates a frightening world of horror and suspense. The movie palette was perfect as it dominates that creepy feeling. Plus the musical score was on point. If your up for an intricate narrative that assimilate adequate twists and that chilling vibe.
