While it has great ideas for workplace success that aren't original by any means, book sets itself appart by repeating "white male" ad nauseum. She could have taken her own advise on that matter and not have crab mentality. As an immigrant of a minority ethnicity, I know real discrimination based on different "tribal" (religious, ethnic) affiliation, rooted in corruption and insurmountable. But she's privileged to be part of a meritocratic system. She doesn't realize the privilege. Yes, white males predominates the system because they made the system and you're parasitizing it now building on it but destroying it like a crab mentality. And now we're seeing a shift based on merit unlike any other civilization in history. But these ideologies placing people based on identity are destroying the meritocratic system.
