I admit I did not read beyond the first few chapters except to skip to the end. I found it very dark and disturbing and this is coming from someone that reads murder mysteries. It just wasn’t that interesting and what humor? Nothing even approached being funny. As someone that worked in a library I found it not believable that Margo would be hired. No background check or references? Why did her former employers not press charges? I rarely rate a book with 1 star. The only reason I gave it even 1 star was the idea for the book could have been a winner.
