It is a low-budget movie that is not worth your time, despite Andy Garcia, it is a story about a car salesman that is going out of business and a young girl that have no place to go because her mother was arrested.
Basically the two-character, the girl and the salesman end up looking after one another. The girl being a crook and the salesman that owe money to a loan shark as well as needing money to pay the bank.
The little girl uses her crooked skill to defraud a crooked Church and expose a Corruption of a dirty politician with the help of the loan shark.
In the end she saved the salesman dealership and her mother eventually got out of prison. And she works washing cars for the salesman.
The movie is nothing. Just like Puerto Rico where the movie is shot. They try to make the country look beautiful but it's just very dirty similar to the despacito music video as well as incompetent police officers corrupt politician and illegal activities all over the place as well as broken infrastructure with people that take advantage of the poor such as televangelist and this is depicted in the movie.
It is trying to be a heartwarming story of a miserable place that try to portray Puerto Rico in a good light while failing miserably in everything in the process.
If you want a heartwarming story I suggest you watch The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete. to get your fix of a grounded story and skip this one entirely.
