Good book. What Intrigued me most about this book was how well the stories were told and how she really put you in her feelings during each short story she told. I enjoyed hearing how she overcame her obstacles as complex as they were. I very much enjoyed how she didn’t end the book by saying everything was ok. I like how it ended with the reader knowing there was still work to be done within herself which I think is lost in story telling(auto biographies) today. My only complaint is she did paint herself as this perfect human is certain instances like all this stuff was being done to her and she had zero part to play in any of it. While I’m sure that’s partly true i do think she may have exaggerated her perfection as the “sweet innocent little girl” a little too much. Overall very good and she should be proud of this work.
