Really really interesting book. Just finished it and not sure what to think about it- it stirs something inside me. During my read I did not like the unnamed narrator , but towards the end, my heart was breaking for her. I’m not sure what to fully make of it but Zadie Smith is an incredible writer, White Teeth is still a favorite of mine. I feel like I missed parts of this story and might need to go back but it seemed like all parts of this book were woven together effortlessly and it goes deep , deeper than I realized when reading
