Sacred games is a perfect start for a new kind of Indian cinema. The production is great, performances are top notch, story telling is non-linear but still grips you right from first episode till the very last. Personally, I feel that the best part of this series is it's dialogues. Also, I really liked the idea of grounding the story in real life incidents and connecting them to ancient Indian mythology (credit to Vikram Chandra). A lot of credit also goes to Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane for the excellent direction. You can really notice all the hard work involved in the show. Overall, it's definitely a binge-able show and worth investing your time (especially if you're a fan of the genre).

I started watching altered carbon and after watching 3 episodes, someone asked me to watch Dark. I started it and then I couldn't stop myself from binge racing into the series. This series is undeniably the best sci-fi thriller I've ever watched. The depth in the characters, the whole building up of the storyline, the acting, the cinematography are all top notch and way better than most of the American sci-fi thrillers. Now when people ask me if I've watched the Stranger things, I say "Yeah stranger things is good but have you watched this German masterpiece?" Go ahead and watch it, it's worth your time.
