I can’t put into words all the emotions I felt watching this. I had chills probably like five times and that’s a lot to say. As a Latina and a woman watching this…I mean, it’s just infuriating and frustrating how much work and disappointment you have to go through to be taken seriously. She’s a warrior and such a dedicated performer in each way: as a movie star, as a singer and dancer. And also, let’s not forget another important job that she does with all of her love and strength, as many women in this planet do, a mother. I was hesitant to watch it and now I’m just sitting on my couch, still crying and overwhelmed in good and sad ways. Thank you Jennifer for such a great movie and for all the dedication you put to everything as an actress, artist and musician. My respects.
